The 2010/2011 competition season is fast approaching. There are still some vacancies on the committee that require filling so please consider stepping forward and contact Glenn  Overend on 6437 1717  for further information.   In-depth job descriptions are available.   A brief description for each portfolio is as follows:

Executive positions :-

Secretary - Taking minutes, updating forms and dealing with inward and outward correspondence

Registrar - Distributing registration material and collecting fees on behalf on the Centre and the Tasmanian Little Athletics Association

General positions :-

Arena Manager - In charge of scheduling events on competition day to a respectable time frame

Announcer - Announcing events and special messages to our members

Publicity Officer - Maintaining Centre's website, and writing and distributing fortnightly newsletters and newspaper articles

Sponsorship Officer - Organising sponsorship 

Canteen Manager - Ordering stock and managing canteen on competition days

 

Registration Fees remain the same as last season.  

 

The Centre's Competition Dates will not be finalised for the 2010 / 2011 season until late August / early September.
